Gyori Development was great to work with in all aspects. They were the one contractor that we could always count on day or night. Not only did they have our interest at heart but they were constantly thinking of ways for our development to stand out and be cost efficient. Their team spent countless hours working with us and all of the jurisdictions to get the project going and through. We could not have had the success we have had without Gyori Development. Their team is like family and they truly care about their work and are passionate about perfection. They did things in days that were suppose to take weeks or months and they did it without significant change orders.

Not often do you finish a project like we did and feel you gain a great partner but also a friend.

Preview of the Latest Gyori Development Masterpiece

As we complete installation of the “Blue Lagoon” colored Kolorines Glass Mosaic tiles in the entire interior of this 2000 square foot infinity pool, using the Laticrete International’s adhesion system, along with the installation of basketball hoops on the dual purpose tournament sized US Open tennis court as well as the installation of the Pentair Water equipment and a complete final project detail, we are able to step back and see the results of a tremendous amount of life spent. And yes it was worth it. It has been an amazing project to build, working closely with some great clients, overcoming unique site challenges with creative solutions and building yet another great masterpiece for our portfolio.

Gyori Development Corporation helps out with The Rock of Roseville’s Courtyard Construction

The Rock of Roseville’s Senior Pastor, Francis Anfuso, has a passion for reaching out to and building the community. Gyori Development Corporation donated manpower and resources to complete an outdoor courtyard renovation to assist him in this mission. This charity project consisted of building arbors, precast columns, raised planters, seat walls, planting shade trees and other ornamentals, installing lawns and staining concrete.

This created an ideal outdoor gathering and concert environment and was completed just in time for their 13th anniversary block party where over 1,000 people were in attendance. You can come by and check it out at 725 Vernon Street in Roseville, or visit them on the web at www.rockofroseville.com.

California Family Fitness Elk Grove

I am writing this letter to acknowledge the team at Gyori Development Corporation for their outstanding performance on the California Family Fitness project in Elk Grove.

Gyori Development Corporation performed the masonry, concrete/rebar, door/frame, painting, electrical and design build pool scopes for the exterior pool area at the California Family Fitness in Elk Grove. There are many benefits that result from the multiple trade approach which made Gyori Development Corporation a valuable asset to the project.
